Do you have different size portable buildings?
Yes we have a variety of buildings. All of our sizes available are on our plans page - https://spaceking.co.nz/pages/plans.
Do you make special sizes?
Yes as we build all of our buildings in Waipu, we can built to your specific size. Please contact us to enquire if you would like a special sales office, lunchroom, project office, showroom, site office or a portable toilet. Call Victor on 0210715275 or email info@spaceking.co.nz

What is in the 6x3 Self Contained Building?
Self Contained Hire Building - $200 PW plus transport costs or to purchase $25,850+ GST and transport costs
• 6x3 Self contained includes: Kitchenette, shower, toilet, basin, additional walls, door and window.
• Please note - You will need to arrange a plumber to connect your water and sceptic systems, and you will need to organize a hot water califont

Do you hire buildings?
Yes we hire / lease our buildings. We have office buildings, temporary accommodation, lunch rooms and ablution blocks available to hire. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver right to the top of the North Island to Kaitaia and down to Tauranga for our hires. For our purchase buildings we can deliver anywhere in the North Island.
How soon can I have one of your buildings?
For hire buildings we can deliver within 1-2 weeks, and for purchase buildings we can build within 3-4 weeks.
How long do I need to hire your buildings for?
We have a minimum hire period of 3 months, and then just 3 weeks notice at any time. There is no maximum time to hire a building. You can lease a building for as long as you want. Please contact us for more information.
Do your lunchroom buildings have sink benches?

Do you have portable toilets?
Yes we have a range of portable toilets / ablutions which have built in pans (toilets, urinals and hand basins). You simply need to connect the water and sewer onsite and they are ready to go. Are your buildings secure?
Yes our buildings are solidly constructed from Polypanel. All doors have locks and windows have security grills (if not required we can arrange this also).
What colour are your buildings?
Our hire buildings are mostly white, and we do have some available in woodland grey but these are subject to availability. For our purchases we can built these for you in white or woodland grey.
Do your buildings have lights and power points?
Yes all buildings have lights and all lunchrooms and offices / multipurpose buildings have power points.
How do I connect the Electrical?
You need to get a Registered Electrician to connect the building to your power supply onsite. We supply one connection point on the outside of the building.
How do I connect the plumbing?
Portable toilets and lunchrooms / smoko buildings have one connection point for water and one connection point for sewer. You need to connect to these points once the building is located onsite.
Do the buildings have floor coverings?
Yes most of our portable buildings have hardwearing vinyl flooring. Carpet is also an option. Please contact us for more information.
Are the buildings insulated?
Yes all buildings are fully insulated. They are made from Polypanel insulated panel. They are warm in winter and cool in summer.
How do your portable buildings come to my site?
We can deliver our 6x3 buildings and smaller by trailer if access is available. All other buildings are moved by Hi-Ab truck. All of our quotes on our instant quote form are for delivery via trailer.
Are your buildings easily shifted?
Yes our buildings are easily moved by trailer if we were able to deliver by trailer, or Hiab.
Do you have combination buildings?
