At Space King we know buying a portable building is a big decision, so we’ve set up a couple of different pathways to make it easier.
Owning a home is an amazing thing, but not all of us can afford to do it. Here at Space King we give you the opportunity to start the process.
Rent to Own
We offer Rent to Own on a limited selection of buildings.

Hire a building
Here you may be in need of a building but are not too sure of your circumstances in the short term, we suggest you rent the building for a time and enjoy its benefits.
Once you are comfortable and everything is working out you can apply for a rent to own using the above forms.
Please note we are a WINZ approved provider for any applications please fill out the form below:
Finance application:

OPTION 1: Squirrel finance has a simple online process, just click the link below and the Squirrel website will walk you through the steps:
OPTION 2:
Please fill out the Finance application below generally you need to have:
a) Reasonable credit history.
b) Has a job with regular income.
c) You may not have the above but you have a guarantor.
d) Quotation for your chosen building by emailing your request to info@spaceking.co.nz and call Victor Smith on 021 071 5275.
Send finance application and a quotation received from us to loans@tmfnz.co.nz and call Gay Richardson on 021 688 282.
Once all is confirmed we will build and deliver your building.
